RSU Libraries invites you to contribute your original creative works to our fifth annual Creative Showcase, which will kick off with an Open House on Monday, April 14th at 6 pm, and remain on display through Sunday, April 27th!
RSU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Alumni are encouraged to secure your spot in this year's showcase by signing up as soon as possible using the Registration Form tab or by clicking below:

*Please note that submissions may remain anonymous if desired, out of respect for privacy.
For those located in or near Bartlesville and Pryor, physical entries may be dropped off at the Bartlesville first-floor Enrollment Center or Pryor's main office. We will work with these campuses to ensure safe transportation of your work(s) to the Claremore campus, and back again for pick-up!
Online students are encouraged to contribute via digital submission if submitting physical entries to one of the three campuses is not possible!
This year's showcase centers around the inevitability of change both in ourselves and the world around us. We ask this year's participants to reflect on the journey of change and explore how transformation shapes who we are and where we fit, or don't. As always, this event aims to highlight the talents, voices, and contributions of our Hillcat community through a multimedia display located in the Stratton Taylor Library on the Claremore campus.
Examples of pieces that can be submitted include, but are not limited to, poetry, paintings, drawings, digital arts, sculpture, mixed media, writing, monologues, song, dance, photography, weaving, quilting, and other textile works.
Specific details and instructions for both digital and physical submissions can be found in the registration form.
All registrations and submissions for display must be received by 5 pm on Monday, April 7th.
After the event, physical submissions must be picked up from the Stratton Taylor Library beginning at 8 am on Tuesday, April 29th, and 9 pm on Wednesday, May 7th.
The extent of your participation is up to you. Anyone submitting work to the Showcase has the opportunity to participate in the Open House event on April 14th and speak with attendees about your work, your process, your inspiration, etc. If you are an artist who chooses to remain anonymous, you will be provided the opportunity to submit a brief statement which will be presented anonymously alongside your work during the Open House.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Kaitlin Crotty by calling 918-343-7717 or emailing kcrotty@rsu.edu.
