These databases are a good starting point for your research.
Search Tips: Truncations and Wildcards - An asterisk (*) truncates a word you are searching example: smok* will find smoke, smokers, and smoking. A question mark (?) or pound sign (#) will replace a letter if you cannot remember how to spell a word, for example: scle#osis will find the word sclerosis.
Academic Search Complete is a multi-disciplinary full text database containing full text for journals, including non-peer reviewed and peer-reviewed titles. In addition to the full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for all journals in the collection.
Provides content covering all areas of health and wellness from mainstream medicine to the many perspectives of complementary, holistic and integrated medicine. This full-text database covers topics such as aging, cancer, diabetes, drugs & alcohol, fitness, nutrition & dietetics, children's health, and men & women's health.
PubMed is a service of the U.S. National Library of Medicine that includes over 21 million citations from MEDLINE and other life science journals for biomedical articles back to the 1950s. PubMed includes links to full text articles and other related resources.
